July's limited edition: a triple goddess alignment of ruby fuchsite, turquoise, and moonstone

Every month, I create a new limited edition bracelet. I do it because it's fun, I enjoy it, and I love seeing what I can come up with next.

This month's design pairs ruby fuchsite, turquoise, and moonstone, a combination I'm calling a triple goddess alignment, meant to support balance, protection, and renewal.

Ruby fuchsite is a green fuchsite mica threaded with flecks of ruby corundum, the two minerals fusing together deep underground through heat and pressure. Most of the material in circulation comes out of India. Turquoise forms when copper-rich water seeps through rock in dry climates, which is what gives it that signature blue-green color, and it sits at a 5 to 6 on the Mohs hardness scale, soft enough that it needs a gentler hand than some of my other stones. Moonstone is a feldspar. Its glow, called adularescence, comes from thin internal layers that scatter light as the stone turns in your hand.

Each stone carries its own meaning in crystal traditions. Ruby fuchsite is tied to heart-centered healing, turquoise to protection, and moonstone to intuition and new beginnings. People who work with this combination sometimes look to it for support with the immune system, heart health, and hormonal balance, on top of that overall sense of protection.

I'll say what I always say: these are beliefs rooted in spiritual and cultural tradition, not scientifically proven claims. I put this trio together because it means something to me, and because I think the combination works for anyone who wants to feel supported in mind, body, and spirit all at once.

Like I do with all my stones, I looked for clean color and good structure before any of this ever reached the workbench.
