Using herbal smoke for spiritual and energetic cleansing is a practice found in different forms across cultures and traditions. In this educational class, we’ll explore different herbs and bundles, their traditional and modern uses, and why you may choose one type of cleansing stick over another.
What You’ll Learn
We’ll discuss the differences between various herbs and sage bundles and how their properties and intended uses can vary.
You’ll also learn practical techniques for using your chosen bundle to:
• Cleanse your personal energy
• Cleanse a room or individual space
• Cleanse your home
• Work with intention during an energetic cleansing practice
• Determine which type of herbal bundle may best fit your purpose
• Safely incorporate smoke cleansing into your personal spiritual practice
This class is designed to combine spiritual practice with education, giving you a better understanding of both what you’re doing and why you’re doing it.
Choose Two Sage Sticks
Your $25 class fee includes your choice of TWO sage sticks to take home.
Rather than simply receiving two predetermined bundles, you’ll have the opportunity to choose the ones that resonate with your intentions and what you’ve learned during class.
No previous experience is necessary. Beginners and those who already incorporate energy cleansing into their spiritual practices are welcome.
