Join us at Ema’s Elegance in downtown Boone, Iowa, for a unique Community Meditation experience centered around sound, vibration, frequency, intuition, and connection.
For November, we’re transforming our regular community meditation into an interactive Sound Circle where participants will intuitively create sound together.
Unlike a traditional sound bath, where participants typically relax and receive the sounds created by a practitioner, this gathering invites everyone to become part of the soundscape.
Bring an Instrument—or Borrow One of Mine
Have a sound healing instrument you love? Bring it!
Participants are welcome to bring singing bowls, drums, chimes, rattles, flutes, handpans, tuning instruments, or other instruments they would like to incorporate into the circle.
Don’t own an instrument? You can still participate.
Instruments will be available at Ema’s Elegance for participants to borrow and explore during the gathering.
You also don’t need to be a musician or have any previous sound healing experience.
Intuitive Sound, Vibration & Frequency
There will be no sheet music and no expectation that everyone plays the same thing.
Instead, we’ll practice listening—to ourselves, to the people around us, and to the collective sound developing within the room.
Together, we’ll intuitively create layers of rhythm, vibration, tone, and frequency, allowing the experience to evolve naturally.
The goal isn’t to perform.
It’s to explore, create, listen, connect, and experience sound together.
A Donation-Based Community Experience
Ema’s Elegance Community Meditation gatherings are offered on a donation basis to help make meditation and spiritual exploration accessible to our local community.
No previous meditation, musical, or sound healing experience is necessary.
You are welcome to bring your own instrument, borrow one, participate with your voice, quietly listen, or simply experience what the group creates.
